Age Is No Matter at The Westchester Table Tennis Center's April 2017 International Tournament
Saturday's competition at the Westchester Table Tennis Center's April 2017 Tournament hosted some early action in both the under 12 years old and over 40 years old categories. In both groupings, the competitors showed that age did not matter as the action was fierce and spirited.
In the under 12 years old matches, Darius Fahimi prevailed, winning all three of his round robin matches. Coming in a close second was Jocelyn Zhou followed by Carly Googel and Zachary Jaworowski.

Twelve athletes competed in the over 40 competition with Dr. Kyongsook Kim traveling up from Maryland to put her widely regarded Principles Approach to Table Tennis (PATT) to the test. Coauthored with Donn Olsen, Dr. Kim's book details how players can improve their game by focusing on the underlying principles of the sport.
